Hours & Location
Camp programming runs from 9am-4pm. Flexible drop-off and pick-up times are available before and after camp. Campers will be supervised during this time. A parent/guardian is required to sign the child in & out unless special circumstances have been made.
- Drop-Off: Between 8-9am

All camps run out of the Access Event Centre (111-D Gilmour Street, Morden, MB) where drop-off & pick-up will take place. Occasionally we have camp off-site at our lake location (Lake Minnewasta – 100 Colert Road, Morden, MB) For camp days held at the lake, drop-off & pick-up will be there. All lake days are noted in the registration notes at time of booking, and a reminder will be sent out closer to the date.
Late Pick-up Policy
We expect that all children are picked up on time, respecting our staff’s work schedules and personal commitments. Late pick-ups will result in additional charges of $2/minute per child to be paid prior to attending the next day of camp and/or removal from the program for ongoing circumstances.
If a child is not picked up by closing time, staff will contact parents/guardians and/or emergency contacts. If after 30 minutes staff are unable to contact parents/guardians or emergency contacts, staff will call Child & Family Services, who will take your child into care until you can be located.

Behavioural Policy & Expectations
Summer Camp is a fun and engaging way for a child to spend their summer break. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all campers, staff, and volunteers. To ensure that everyone has a positive experience, we have established the following behaviour policy.
1. Respect: Campers are expected to treat everyone with respect, including themselves, fellow campers, staff members, and instructors. This includes using kind words, listening attentively when others are speaking, listening to the leaders’ instructions and respecting personal space. We have a zero-tolerance policy for violent and aggressive behaviour.
2. Inclusion & Communication: Providing a comfortable, safe and inclusive environment for all campers and staff members is very important to us. Campers are encouraged to communicate openly with staff members about successes and concerns.
3. Co-operation: Campers are encouraged to co-operate with each other and participate in camp activities. Co-operation includes working together as a team, sharing resources, and supporting each other’s efforts. We encourage campers to participate in all games and other camp activities.
4. Honesty & Responsibility: Campers are encouraged to be honest in their interactions with staff & fellow campers and take responsibility for their actions and make amends when necessary.
· Redirecting Behaviour: Leaders will redirect campers to more appropriate behaviour.
· Verbal Warning: Campers will get a verbal warning for
misbehavior.
· Time Out: In cases of continued or more serious misbehavior, campers may be given a time out. A time out will happen when the child has been given the opportunity to stop misbehaving through redirection and a verbal warning and continues the behaviour.
· Parent/Guardian Contact: If a camper’s behaviour persists despite redirection, verbal warning and time out, their parents/guardian will be contacted to discuss the situation. In this case the child will be sent home depending on the situation. We will make every effort to resolve the matter without sending the child home. We require that a parent/guardian is available and reachable by phone during camp hours should an issue arise. If a child needs to leave camp for any reason, they will be required to pick up the child.
