The City of Morden is thrilled to announce the reopening of the Suncatch Plaza for the 2024 season, starting June 10th, 2024. New for the 2024 season, the City of Morden is now offering free booking opportunities for community groups, businesses, and residents who wish to host events at the Plaza. From company barbecues to community gatherings, the Plaza welcomes all to celebrate, connect, and enjoy its unique atmosphere. However, it is important to note that if not enough events are booked for the summer, the street will be reopened to vehicular traffic.

- May 24th
- June 14th
- July 5th

These concerts are part of the Plaza’s initiative to offer free cultural events that bring together locals and visitors alike for nights of entertainment, showcasing local talent and creating lasting memories.
Suncatch Plaza features pedestrian-only areas with seating, greenery, and a stage for live music and performances, creating the perfect backdrop for any event. Designed to foster community spirit, inclusivity, and engagement, the Plaza’s benefits are multifaceted – from environmental improvement to the promotion of local businesses.
