The City of Morden has a leasing opportunity for an individual or existing business looking to grow in the food and beverage industry for concession services at the Access Event Centre recreational facility.
The overall space is approximately 1489 sqft which includes:
- 801 sqft of kitchen and food preparation area
- 688 sqft seating area
Kitchen is equipped with appropriate equipment, freezer, and fridge space for a successful turnkey operation.
Hours of operation required but not limited to are:
- Monday-Friday 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
•Other hours required to accommodate extended tournaments or special events asdetermined.
Concession operates seasonally from September 2024 to end of April 2025 the City of Morden will also consider Expressions of Interest for year-round services.
Expressions of interest must include:
- Menu
- Relevant experience in the Food and Beverage Industry
- Food handling certificate

It is the Lessee’s responsibility to ensure the equipment is maintained and repaired. The equipment belongs to the city and will not be disposed of by Lessee. Additional equipment may be purchased by the Lessee for successful operation. The equipment in use at the time of this agreement is:
