MCDC Board Member

The Morden Community Development Corporation (MCDC) is inviting engaged community members to join its Board of Directors.


The MCDC was established in 1959 to be a catalyst of community and economic development for the City of Morden. The organization is a non-profit organization which works closely with local businesses, the City of Morden and other stakeholders to promote the competitiveness of existing businesses, generate new jobs, attract new businesses and develop related support services. To further these goals, the MCDC provides staff for business development services and the Community Driven Immigration program.


If you are interested in supporting local development by becoming a Board of Director with the MCDC, please provide a short letter that describes your interest in serving on the MCDC and explains why you feel you would be a good representative on the board.


Letter of interest could be sent by email to the MCDC Board of Directors at MCDC@mymorden.ca or dropped off at the City of Morden Civic Center:100-195 Stephen Street Morden, Manitoba, R6M 1V3.
