The focus of the society is to nurture an appreciation of plants, trees and flowers and share knowledge with each other and the general public. We hold workshops and host speakers on a variety of related topics. We also do some service to the community with planting and maintaining public parks, planting trees and hosting an annual garden tour.
Fall/Winter/Spring: Public Skating, Parent & Tot Skate, 55+ Skate/Stick & Puck, $5 Skate/Stick & Puck, Rec Hockey, Youth Basketball, Red Cross Courses (Babysitting, Stay Safe & First Aid), Cardio Drumming, Yoga, Pilates, Fitness Kickboxing, Zumba, Pickleball, 14+ Badminton, 12+ Basketball, 18+ Volleyball, workshops and more.
Spring/Summer: Summer Day Camps, Swimming Lessons, Summer Sports, Paddlefest, Canada Day Beach Blast and more.
The City of Morden is located on Treaty No. 1 territory, the traditional lands of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, and Dakota Nations, as well as the National Homeland of the Red River Métis. We honour their contributions to the past, present, and future. We express our gratitude for the land and water that sustains us, and we commit to learning from and working in partnership with the original caretakers of this territory.
