The position provides support for the entire Community Services group. A primary focus will be to act as a booking liaison for community organizations and individuals looking for ice time, ball diamond rentals and use of other facilities.

Term: Full-time
Pay: $43,680 to $51,276 per annum a year
Responsibilities:
• Administrative support for the office which includes functions such as reception, data entry, processing mail, filing, invoicing, cash balance and bank deposits• Booking of ice time, ball diamonds, meeting room and hall facilities
• Greet visitors and supply information regarding the Access Event Centre facilities
• Other duties as required
Qualifications:
• Superior communication skills• Fluent in English; both oral and written
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with diverse clientele
• Business Office experience and/or education is desirable
• Confident working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office software
• Physical ability to carry supplies (light duty)
• Current Manitoba Driver’s license
