The City of Morden (City) has applied to the Public Utilities Board (Board) for revised water and wastewater rates for Morden Water and Wastewater Utility (Utility) as set out in By-law No. 09/2024, read the first time on July 22, 2024. Rates were last approved in 2013 in Board Order No. 139/13, pass through rates from Pembina Valley Water Cooperative were approved in 2022 with current rates coming into effect January 1, 2022.
