The City of Morden is proud to announce the release of “The Morden Herald,” a new municipal newsletter designed to keep residents informed about city initiatives, events, and important updates.
In response to residents’ requests for more accessible information, especially for those not always online, “The Morden Herald” is distributed in printed form. Residents can find copies at all city offices, senior home places, and grocery stores throughout Morden.
“The Morden Herald” is not just a newsletter; it’s a bridge connecting the community with the city’s ongoing efforts and developments. The name “The Morden Herald” is a nod to our rich history, echoing the title of the first newspaper that served our city when it was founded in 1892.
“We are excited to bring this new form of communication to our residents,” said Mayor Nancy Penner. “Everyone in our community needs to stay informed, and we believe ‘The Morden Herald’ will be a valuable resource.”
